We only use beans which have an ideal degree of maturity, are hand picked and dried in the sun.
Among all of our coffee breeds, they can be systematically distinguished into two main breeds : The Arabica coffee (Coffea Arabica) and the Robusta coffee (Coffea Canephora). Both grow in optimal location around the equator belt - the more the coffee plants grow away from the equator the more difficult it gets to develop the optimal coffee sesnation. We recieve our coffee only from Peru, India, Brasil, Columbia and Guatemala. These countries` climate and geographical location is a guarantor for the perfect mature conditions.
