Barista classes

Basic barista courses are organized for all our customers free of charge. We cover all important steps in preparing perfect coffee. Main topics are: correctly operating coffee machines, understanding different grinding and tamping, milk science,  preparing an espresso & cappuccino, latte art and cleaning. Basic barista classes are held in Espré training center located in BTC Ljubljana. Furthermore we offer individual classes at the clients coffee shop if needed.

Advanced barista courses are organized on request and are limited to max 3 participants. They are focused on machine settings (temperature/pressure/grind), perfect espresso, advanced latte art skills, tasting four different blends of coffee and one speciality coffee. Topics of advanced courses can be tailored based on participants’ request. Price per participant is 100 eur + DDV, Please send request to barista@espre.com.
